R.W. Lease, Ltd. was formed in 2002 to manufacture and retail in a limited fashion, perfect stitch-for-stitch replications of the stage suits made famous by the Beatles, exact replica Beatles drumheads, and other commissioned artworks such as George Harrison's painted "Rocky" Stratocaster.
Russ was commissioned by Ringo Starr to create all 7 "Drop-T" drumheads for his collection. Peter Jackson also commissioned Russ to create the "LOVE" drumhead for the 2024 Beatles "Now and Then" music video.
